ESOL Classes at the Durham Literacy Center (1905 Chapel Hill Rd)

ESOL classes at our main location will begin on Monday and Tuesday, February 8 and 9. We plan to continue enrolling students during the first night of classes until we have filled all available seats.  Meet Durham Literacy graduate Demetria Benjamin.


Demetria left school in the 10th grade due to problems at home. Without a diploma, she could not find jobs that paid a living wage. For 20 years, she worked multiple jobs to provide for her three children.
