Thursday, March 12 (5pm-6:30pm): Full-Agency Pre-Race BBQ: Come enjoy a hamburger, hotdog, their veggie/vegan counterparts, chips, and a beverage AND pick up the snazzy DLC t-shirt that you will wear on race day.
Did you know that anyone and everyone can join the DLC's Race to Read Team! We need folks to
Walk or run with us to increase awareness about the need for adult literacy, ESOL, and GED instruction in our community.
Invite others to walk or run with us. (The more, the merrier! Everyone who joins us at the race gets a super-cool DLC t-shirt!)
Collect pledge donations from anyone and everyone you know (or would like to know). You can set up your own fundraising page on our team page (click here and then click on the Become a Fundraiser button), or you can have us do it for you.
Create a team of fundraisers (at work, among your friends and family, etc.) to raise funds for the DLC. You can set up a collective page for your team via the DLC Team page, or you can have individual team members create personal pages on our Team page. (click here) We can do this for you.
Donate to our Race to Read Team (here on our fundraising page) or one of our Team Fundraisers, who are listed in the right sidebar on our fundraising page
