Building community by building literacy (Herald-Sun article)

SunTrust Bank was honored on Thursday as the 2016 Leader in Literacy Award recipient at the Durham Literacy Center’s 9th Annual Leaders in Literacy Breakfast.

Chris Bell, Central Carolina regional president, accepted the award on behalf of SunTrust. Each year, the Durham Literacy Center recognizes an individual or organization that has helped Durham residents reach their literacy goals and promoted literacy in other geographic areas.
